Victoria was a 90 minute ferry ride from Port Angeles, WA. We took the first morning ferry over and returned on the last
evening ferry. The city of Victoria was very British and so pretty. As we drove around the island we were amazed how clean
and manicured it was. Butchart Gardens was absolutely beautiful - we will need a planting budget next spring to landscape
our log house so beautifully (at least I got some great ideas - Dick sat in his truck with Yargo as flowers are not his forte).
